I called Ben to enquire about a new compressor. He was very helpful from.the beginning and obviously knowledgeable in his field of work. We have since purchased equipment and have received support that is above and beyond the standard expected. Bens details were passed to me when our present compressor engineer could not meet an emergency call out.
Ben arrived on-site promptly and repaired the compressor with parts he carries on his van. While discussing the job,  he suggested it would be a good idea to log the system, as the compressor in his opinion over specified for the factory.
After reviewing the data, a proposal was submitted that estimated would save £1000/year on energy cost alone, with reduced servicing, with additional wiring to make the use of the compressor more user friendly.
The new installation could not have been handled better, with minimal downtime to the factory
Would highly recommend Ben of REM for his good work and attitude
